Can I come without an appointment?
If we're not busy, you can come and we'll take a look at your car. But to avoid waiting, it's easier if you call and set a time.
How long does the work take?
Periodic maintenance jobs like oil and filter changes are finished the same day. For work that involves opening up the engine, the time depends on the fault and part availability; we give you a clear timeframe once we see the vehicle.
Do you use original parts?
Since we work independently of any make, we can source both original and equivalent parts. We discuss which one you want before starting the work.
Can the quoted price change later?
We stick to the price we quote after seeing the vehicle. If an unexpected fault comes up during the work, we call you and get your approval before continuing.
Do you offer any guarantee after the work?
We stand behind our workmanship. If the same issue comes back, bring the car in again and we'll check it free of charge.
