How the job works

We don't walk in the door and start breaking things right away. Here's how it goes.

   We listen on the phone

   Tell us the complaint: is there a sound, has damp appeared, is the drain running slow. Based on that, we decide which device to bring with us.

2. 2

   We inspect on site

   We come to the address, look at the plumbing, and if needed, locate the point with a camera and listening device.

3. 3

   We explain what needs to be done

   We tell you the source of the problem and the approach we'll take, and get your approval before starting the work.

4. 4

   We do the work

   We solve it with as little intervention as possible; if something needs to be opened up, we open it as narrowly as possible.

5. 5

   Check and cleanup

   We turn the water back on and test the line, confirm together that there's no leak, and clean up the work area before we leave.
