Do you handle the listing yourselves, including photos?
Yes, we visit the property ourselves and prepare the listing content. We also include information like floor plan, square footage, and maintenance fees. We don't charge separately for this.
How does the tenant-sourcing process work?
First we visit the property and compare it against local rental levels, and discuss your expectations accordingly. Then the listing goes live and we handle the showings. Once serious inquiries are filtered, we bring you to the table. The timeline varies depending on the property's location and price expectations.
Do you stay with me through the title deed and contract process?
Yes. We go over the lease terms together — rent increase, deposit, and renovation responsibility are the points that tend to cause confusion here. On the title deed side, we're with you for document preparation and on the appointment day.
