How we work
Wandering through random properties doesn't help anyone. Our process starts once the need is clear. The steps below apply to both leasing and sales.
1. Needs consultation
What are you looking for, what budget have you set aside, by when do you need to move? We write down these three points together. All we ask from you is to speak openly.
2. Market and data scan
We scan properties in Dupont Circle and the surrounding area that match your criteria. We also lay out the rental and sale levels in the area so you can compare.
3. On-site viewing
We go out to view a shortlisted list. We discuss things on the spot that tend to become problems later — floor plan, maintenance fees, parking, elevators.
4. Negotiation
When discussing price and terms, we come to the table with the market data we have. Rent increase rate, deposit, renovation responsibility — these details get settled here.
5. Contract and handover
Once an agreement is reached, we prepare the documents and stand by you at the signing and handover appointment. The file stays open with us until the keys are handed over.
