You reach us by phone or message and tell us which treatment you're coming for. We reserve a time slot suited to that treatment's duration. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins too, but if someone else has that slot there may be a wait; so it's best to let us know in advance.

We focus on skin, brows, permanent makeup, hair removal and nails; we don't do haircuts or hair coloring. What determines the price is the area treated and the scope of the procedure. For example, laser hair removal on a single area differs from a session combining several areas. We discuss the expected range when you book.

We choose products based on the treatment and whether your skin is dry, sensitive or oily. We show you the product during the session and explain its content. If you have any known allergies, please tell us beforehand so we can avoid that product.

As soon as you know you can't make it, let us know and we'll move your appointment to another day. Since we work on an appointment system, that time is reserved for you; if we're not notified, it simply goes unused. If you're running late, we'll make the most of the remaining time, but to avoid delaying the next appointment we may need to shorten or reschedule the treatment.
