Founding lawyer
Works mainly in commercial law. Sets the general direction of files involving company partnership structures, share transfers, and commercial disputes.
Labor law lead lawyer
Handles termination processes, severance–notice pay calculations, and labor receivable cases. Communicates directly with HR teams.
Contracts lawyer
Drafts supply, service, and confidentiality agreements, and reviews texts coming from the other side. Flags risky clauses and shows them to you.
Litigation lawyer
Manages the hearing schedule, petition deadlines, and enforcement stage. Usually the one who lets you know when there's progress in the file.

Is the first meeting paid?
At the first meeting we listen to the matter and look at the documents you have. We discuss the fee openly over the phone before the meeting; it's not something you find out after walking in.
How is the legal fee determined?
It depends on the type and scope of the work. Reviewing a single contract isn't the same as a case that will take a long time. For companies with ongoing advisory, we work on a monthly basis; for one-time matters, we set a fee per job. In both cases, we give the amount in writing before starting work.
How long does a case take?
The court's workload, the nature of the file, and whether an expert report is needed determine the timeline; so we don't give a fixed date at the first meeting. But we explain from the start what stages there are and roughly how long each one takes. In some commercial disputes, settlement is much faster than litigation, and we put that option on the table when it fits.
Am I kept informed during the process?
Yes. We let you know when there's a development in the file, when a hearing is approaching, or when a petition comes in from the other side. For companies we advise on an ongoing basis, we give a regular overall update on the status of files.
