On the coffee side we have filter and espresso, both made with our own roasted beans. All the desserts are made here, by hand. We serve breakfast all day, so if you missed the morning, no worries. The menu shifts a little depending on which beans we're using, so keep an eye on the board.

  Cheeses, olives, tomato, cucumber, jam, and warm bread.

What goes on here

We don't just fill a cup and hand it over. Every stage, from roasting to brewing, happens right in this shop. If you don't know what you want, just ask, we'll walk you through it.

• Our own roasting

  We roast the beans here. Because the roast is fresh, the coffee's flavor can even change week to week; we like that.

• Filter coffee brewing

  We brew one cup at a time with V60 and Chemex. We ask if you'd like it more acidic or dark; if it's your first time, we suggest something milder.

• Espresso and milk-based coffees

  We pull espresso from our own blend. Milk-based options like flat white, latte, and cortado use the same beans.

• Homemade desserts

  Cheesecake, cake, cookies — all made here, by hand. What comes out in the morning might not last till evening.

• All-day breakfast

  We don't limit breakfast to certain hours. Plenty of people want menemen in the afternoon, and we make it.

• Bean sales

  You can take home a bag of the coffee you liked. Tell us how you'll brew it and we'll grind it accordingly.
